The application form is simple and easy to complete. Please fill out all of the required fields that are indicated in the application below.

Submit documents.
Before the application process begins, verifiable income documentation and a photo ID will be required. Please submit the last two most recent pay stubs including the pay periods, gross monthly income, and the full name of the applicant, as well as a current and valid photo ID.
Additional identifying documentation may be requested including, but not limited to: current and previous bank statements, tax returns, passports, etc.
Pay the fee.
A non-refundable application fee of $25 is required. This payment can be made online using PayPal, Venmo, or a credit/debit card.

Secure the unit.
Once all documents have been submitted, each applicant will receive a confirmation email or text. The screening process typically takes 1-2 business days or less.
To expedite the application process, please provide all requested documentation and contact your current/previous landlords to look for incoming rental verifications.

Congratulations on completing the first step to submitting your rental application. To complete your application submission, please submit verifiable income and photo identification documentation. Income documentation should be submitted in PDF format. Photo identification should be submitted in JPEG or PNG format.
Income Documentation
Please provide your last two to three most recent pay stubs reflecting the pay periods, gross monthly income, and full name in PDF format.
Income documentation consisting of Social Security including retirement, disability, or survivor benefits, and/or financial aid may be accepted in PDF format reflecting the applicant’s full name.
Self-employed and/or independent contractors can submit your last three most recent bank statements reflecting the monthly deposits, as well as the current year tax documents.
Additional income documentation including invoices and itemized hours may be requested after your initial submission.
Photo Identification
Please submit current and valid photo identification in the form of a state identification card, driver’s license, passport, military card, etc.
To avoid needing additional documentation, please ensure that the images are clear and legible.
