Oh no! Something is broken. Luckily, requesting maintenance for your unit is simple, quick, and easy to do. Please complete the form with your name, contact info, current address, and a detailed message of your maintenance issue(s).

All requests must be submitted through the Maintenance Request form to be assigned.

Maintenance emergencies should not be submitted through the Maintenance Request form. Please review the list below to identify if your maintenance issue is considered an emergency:

  • No electricity

  • No water

  • Broken or non-working exterior doors, locks, or windows

  • No heat (when outside temperature is below 50 degrees)

  • Toilet not working (one-bathroom homes only)

  • Flooding or significant leaks

  • Inoperable refrigerator

  • Fire (call 911 immediately)

  • Burglary or robbery (call 911 immediately)

  • Chirping carbon monoxide detectors (call PG&E 800-743-5002)
